DO YOU HAVE ANY CREDITS LEFT AFTER THE FESTIVAL?
No problem: from 14 August till 28 August, you can request a refund via the website.

Please note: after August 28, refunds will no longer be possible, and all wristbands will be reset to € 0,00!

A fee of € 3,50 will be charged for this service to cover administration and transaction costs.

Refund payments will be processed after 1 September 2024.
